Galvanizing Process
Our galvanized rectangular tubes undergo a meticulous hot-dip galvanizing process. The production chain includes: 1) Alkaline degreasing at 80°C to remove fabrication oils; 2) Hydrochloric acid pickling to remove mill scale and rust; 3) Fluxing in zinc ammonium chloride solution; 4) Immersion in molten zinc bath at 445–455°C; 5) Controlled cooling and inspection.
