Product Overview Our 4-inch 1.5 mm galvanized steel pipe, with a diameter of approximately 114.3 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, is manufactured using a hot-dip galvanizing process.
The product surface has a uniform and dense zinc coating, providing strong rust and corrosion resistance, easily handling complex outdoor and humid environments. Galvanizing Process
Our galvanized round pipes undergo a comprehensive hot-dip galvanizing process in our standardized workshop. The process includes: 1) Alkaline degreasing; 2) Hydrochloric acid pickling (15–20% HCl); 3) Fluxing in zinc ammonium chloride solution; 4) Immersion in molten zinc bath at 445–455°C for controlled duration based on wall thickness; 5) Slow cooling and inspection. Each batch undergoes strict quality inspection ensuring accurate dimensions and uniform appearance.
