Galvanizing Process
Our galvanized round pipes undergo a comprehensive hot-dip galvanizing process. The process includes chemical cleaning (alkaline degreasing and inhibited acid pickling), flux treatment, immersion in a 445–455°C molten zinc bath, and controlled cooling.
