Galvanizing Process
Our special-shaped tubes undergo a careful hot-dip galvanizing process designed for irregular profiles. The process includes degreasing, acid pickling, fluxing, and controlled immersion in a 445–455°C molten zinc bath to ensure complete coating coverage on all surfaces including the uniquely shaped cross-section. The uniform zinc layer provides lasting corrosion protection for both indoor and outdoor applications.
