Description
Product Overview This 20×30 galvanized rectangular tube, with its narrow cross-section and superior craftsmanship, is precisely suited to the structural needs of various compact spaces.
The 20×30 flat rectangular cross-section satisfies the structural stability requirements of small frames while allowing for flexible integration into narrow installation spaces — whether for supporting shelf panels, creating decorative background wall joists, or providing protective frames for small equipment, it allows for neat splicing within limited space.
Key Features - Narrow cross-section design for space-constrained applications - Uniform, smooth, and dense galvanized coating for excellent rust resistance - Precision cutting with clean, burr-free cuts - Lightweight construction for easy handling and installation
Applications - Civil shelving and display racks - Decorative frames and background wall joists - Small agricultural greenhouse auxiliary supports - Equipment protective frames
Galvanizing Process
Our galvanized rectangular tubes undergo a meticulous hot-dip galvanizing process. The production chain includes: 1) Alkaline degreasing at 80°C to remove fabrication oils; 2) Hydrochloric acid pickling to remove mill scale and rust; 3) Fluxing in zinc ammonium chloride solution; 4) Immersion in molten zinc bath at 445–455°C; 5) Controlled cooling and inspection. The resulting zinc coating forms a metallurgical bond with the base steel, providing cathodic protection and extended service life in outdoor environments. Zinc coating weight options: 180–400 g/m² depending on application requirements.
