Product Overview This 100×100 mm galvanized square tube is a highly versatile and practical structural building material. Its 100 mm square cross-section balances strength and adaptability.
Made from high-quality galvanized steel strip through cold bending and high-frequency welding, it boasts a uniform and dense zinc coating. The 100 mm cross-section combined with a standard wall thickness of 2.0 – 3.5 mm provides excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation.

Galvanizing Process
Our galvanized square tubes undergo a meticulous hot-dip galvanizing process. The production chain includes: 1) Alkaline degreasing at 80°C to remove fabrication oils; 2) Hydrochloric acid pickling to remove mill scale and rust; 3) Fluxing in zinc ammonium chloride solution; 4) Immersion in molten zinc bath at 445–455°C; 5) Controlled cooling and inspection.
